Market financing and public programmes

The aim of the working group is to facilitate access to finance for energy efficiency service providers, to develop new financing models and to ensure that public and EU subsidies support and do not hinder the development of the energy efficiency market.

Objectives

• Identify public and private financing instruments.
• Provide advice and financing solutions.
• Analysis of financing needs. How to make a project financially attractive?
• Identify funding needs and opportunities.
• Mobilize private financing sources and increase financial confidence among investors while reducing risks.
• Develop recommendations for public and funding programmes.
